Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT)
A more intensive recovery option addressing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns.
Format: 5 days/week, 4 hours per day
- Daily structured sessions for deeper, more consistent support
- Combines group therapy, individual sessions, and psychoeducation
- Focus on emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and life-skills development
- Ideal for individuals needing a higher level of care than traditional outpatient programs

Peer Support Services
Real support from people who’ve been where you are.
Format: Weekly, 45–90 minutes per session
- Provided by trained peers with lived experience in mental health and/or substance use recovery
- Offers mentorship, emotional encouragement, and practical advice
- Builds self-confidence, empowerment, and trust through shared understanding
- Helps reduce isolation and promotes long-term recovery through community connections

Individual & Family Therapy
Personalized support for emotional wellness and healing.
Offered weekly or bi-weekly
- One-on-one psychotherapy sessions using CBT and trauma-informed techniques
- Family therapy to improve communication, healing, and connection
- Helps manage anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and more
- Tailored treatment goals to support long-term emotional well-being
